I just got back from Miami Swim Week last week and had a total blast with Jessie and all the SC Sisters down there. I wanted to recap what I wore since I got so many comments on my Instagram photos while I was traveling! Next week I’ll be recapping my stay at the Ritz and on Monday, the live podcast episode from our event goes live, too! Outfit #1 – Miami Swim Week Shows at the W. I wore this Rebecca Taylor dress on the plane and it was SO comfortable for traveling. Jessie picked me up in her…

Okay, so real talk. I had Invisalign invisible braces done four years ago, and I was NOT happy with my final results. The office that I was going to got a new orthodontist during my treatment, and she didn’t know anything about the product I was using. At the end of my treatment, she told me that I didn’t need refining trays and that she could adjust my teeth with a metal retainer instead. I trusted her professional opinion, but at the end of the day, I lost out. I spent $5K to get a smile that I wasn’t happy…

In all honesty, I hate spending my hard earned money on clothing and I don’t love that consumerism is a huge part of fashion blogging. This is one of the reasons why I haven’t done a fashion post in almost four months. Last weekend I had the incredible honor of attending Amber Lilyestrom’s Soul Fueled Summit with my internet bestie, Courtney. Amber also happens to be this week’s guest on the Becoming Fearless Podcast (side note: thank you, everyone, who has left a review!). Basically, Amber is a female Tony Robbins, and the entire summit was about finding self-love. Self-love is something that I have been struggling with lately, and this isn’t something that I’ve talked about publically yet. I’ve talked about how the work bully enabled me to make a bold move and start a company that brings women together, which is…

As an influencer, I am sent samples by companies to try out and review on my blog. I’ve actually scaled this back A LOT since I changed my focus to entrepreneurship and speaking engagements, but I still receive some blogger mail every now and then, which has inspired a new mini-series! So you guys know that I am a HUGE fan of Rachel Zoe, I mean she is such an icon and has built an empire from nothing. She is my kind of woman. I also love that Spring’s Box supports women because every single piece comes from a woman owned business.…

There are a few things on my list of items that I am always on the hunt for: a long vest, cape blazer and a faux fur collar cardigan. The obsession began when my neighbor came over for a dinner party at our place two years ago. I remember exactly what she was wearing and made a mental shopping list of it all. Black OTK Stuart Weitzman boots with black leggings and a black faux fur collar cardigan. It looked stunning on her with her tan skin and bright blonde hair. Shopping for a specific item is always so difficult;…
