Why Did We Create This?

When Cat was in college, she found that FREEZING temps and going out drinking with her besties on the weekends was wearing her down. Monday’s were always her longest day of classes and she knew that she needed energy to make it through the day. Annie was in the best shape of her life in 2012 after running a half marathon Fall of 2011, but after going back to school for her MBA while working full time, buying a house, renovating the whole thing with her husband, she found that somehow 10 lbs had creeped back on. Pair that with a stressful corporate job where there was chocolate EVERYWHERE and she had gained another 5 lbs by Thanksgiving 2015.
