I am so excited to share a home office makeover that I did for my client, Lindsey Holder! I have known Lindsey for years through Style Collective and when I launched my design business, she DM’ed me asking for help with her home office. Lindsey was my first virtual client and we worked together through Google Documents, FaceTime, and scheduled bi-weekly calls to tackle to-do lists, touch base, and work through her home office updates. Lindsey is a busy boss babe who runs her website, a podcast (coming soon!), and a spa in Greenville, SC. As you can tell from her before photos, her biggest problem was storage and organization for all of her files and stuff, so we spent the first month brainstorming storage ideas for the office and closet. Lindsey spent a lot of time cleaning, shredding, and putting things away before we even started on design.
It was important for us to come up with realistic timelines so that Lindsey didn’t feel overwhelmed with all of the updates. I held her accountable during our bi-weekly calls and it was the motivation that she needed to stick to a schedule and follow through.
Lindsey wanted this space to feel like a retreat that would motivate and inspire her when she worked from home: so we focused on light, bright, pink, and gold with a glam and girly vibe. Her office turned out absolutely stunning and I love when Lindsey tells me how much this space inspires her.
I invite you to check out her website for a full breakdown of the process and where we sourced everything. Wayfair sponsored some of the items in the home office and I am so grateful for their continued partnership with my design clients.
